Ethics are very important in any research. it is although invisible but a very important pillar.

identifiability is an important hurdle that restricts respondents to give their responses and hide true responses, due to the sensitivity of their research. it is the duty of the researcher to make sure their anonymity. this gives confidence to the respondents. one important aspect is codification. for instance, allowing code to each participants and limit the data information to researcher only.

culture and Social values:

the objectives and targets of a research must in alliance to the social and cultural values of the area you are targeting. for instance, work place harassments data may be easy to obtain in the western countries as compared to eastern countries.

Ethics while conceiving the Idea:

justify your conscience that i did not steal this idea.

While drafting we must also consider ethics. use your own mind, use your own words.

Don't adopt tarzan style. it means using difficult words, sentences, technical sentences. write up must be simple and easy to understand. if reader cannot read your write up what is the use of it.

one important this is related to plagiarism. We need to avoid it in any case.

Ethics while publishing work:

do not submit in more than one journal.

Authorship culture:

it means adding authors who have not contributed in any way. it is unethical and illegal as well.

Research papers must be relevant to your field.

Sharing your work on Social Media:

People do not share your research your social media. this is not right. if that is genuinely your paper you must share it on social media. it is a way of self branding. this is not unethical if you share it on social media. if your work is genuine you should share.

we must adopt ethics in paper submission.

Idea Generation:

Idea is generated through two ways. one through literature and one is through visiting industry and finding problem from there.

from literature latest research papers are good source of good ideas. for professionals it is better to work for real problems from industry.
