Happiness

Happiness is a state of joy which is felt by human beings. Human resource experts explain happiness as an emotion; a positive emotion. There is no particular reason which causes such behavior. There may be different reasons for different people to be happy. Different variables can help in involving in this behavior. For example, a sense of achievement, any factor which can motivate a person can be a cause of happiness.
Happiness is a positive emotion, an extreme opposite to negativity, it accelerates positive mood in oneself which leads to optimism. And it says that behind Peace there’s a peaceful individual, behind violence there’s a violent person, behind imperialism there’s imperialist person and I say that behind an optimist person there’s a happy person.
Some people believe that happiness is a voluntary emotion and it cannot be created. I believe that it can be created artificially in fact I support the concept of “Artificial Happiness”. Because in the depths of darkness a person desperately requires a ray of light which he doesn’t have, there comes artificial happiness.  One more thing is that human beings are very prone to be influenced by others.  The theory of contagion effect says that a person gets emotional influence from other very quickly. So a happy person can spread happiness and can cause positivity in our society.
